How to make an order? (Rakuten, Yahoo Shopping)

• 1.Registration, login to your account

  Enter your details (name, email address and telephone number) and create a password. To complete the registration you need to follow the link sent to the email. Then enter your email address and password to log in to your account. Done!

  
• 2.Product search

  First, choose the store and enter the item name in the search box. You can also select a product from the categories list on home page. Add items that you like to your Favorites, by click on ‘heart’, or just put them straight to the cart.

  
• 3.Checkout. Receiving order confirmation from Minato

  When you decide with items, press Make order button, then we will check products availability and send you confirmation email, after that you can complete your order and pay.

  
• 4.Topping up an account balance and payment

  In order to make a purchase, you need to fund your account using Credit card, Paypal, Bank transfer to purchase the item and commission fee as well domestic shipping fee to our warehouse in Japan and international shipping fee to your place.

  
• 5.Create package. Delivery method

  As far as your order has paid you can create a package in ‘My account’, and choose the most convenient for you delivery method. After you have decided on delivery method the last payment is needed.

  
• 6.Shipment and delivery

  After we confirm all payments are done, we will send your to your place with the shipping method you chose.

  

How to place auction bids? (Yahoo! Auction)

• 1.Registration, login to your account

  Enter your details (name, email address and telephone number) and create a password. To complete the registration you need to follow the link sent to the email. Then enter your email address and password to log in to your account. Done!

  
• 2.Product search

  Search for the item using brand name, model number or you can look for it from the categories if the results are not enough, click Auto-Translate to Japanese icon next to Search botton.

  
• 3.After finding the item, make a bid on auction

  In order to make a bid, you need to fund your account with your desired amount on bidding and commission fee, after placing a bid, you can not cancel your bid unless your bid is outbid or the seller canceled the auction

  
• 4.Wait for the auction ending, winning auction

  Until the end of auction, amount of bid will be blcoked from your account balance, if your bid is highest and win the auction, it will be deducted and make the purchase automatically

  
• 5.Arrival to Minato wharehouse and packaging

  Purchase is made and item is shipped by the seller, domestic shipping is 600 Yen - 4000 Yen, depending on the size and weight, large items can be expensive

  
• 6.Final payment and Shipment

  Total payment would be Bid amount + Japanese consumption tax + Domestic shipping fee (some items are free domestic shipping by seller) + Additional service ( Check Create package section once your orders are arrived to our warehouse ) + International shipping fee. Once payment is completed, we will ship your item to you with your desired shipping method.
